Our client, a global leader in driver behaviour management and fleet optimisation, provides risk-identifying information, behaviour-changing solutions and preventative forecasting services to over half a million drivers around the world.

In 2023 they embarked upon a project to improve the capacity, costs and turnaround of their driver video event review processing.

The contract requires dedicated individuals, with long term stamina, the ability to review and quality-control, over ten thousand AI flagged video events monthly, flagging risky driver behaviour including, but not limited to, fatigue, distraction and speeding.

By placing emphasis on accident avoidance rather than damage control, our client is able to assist fleet operators to significantly reduce their liability exposure, uphold their reputations, optimise their fleets and protect their drivers. This is made possible by a proactive and sustainable programme aimed at developing positive driver behaviour through effective driver monitoring and coaching thereby reducing driver distractions. Our client was seeking an outsourced service provider allowing them to reduce their costs, increase their capacity and reduce their turnaround time as they expanded their business globally.

They were guided by the following criteria for the outsourced provider:
